The MODFABE project will attend the European Geosciences Union General Assembly (EGU21) that will take place in April 2021. A communication untitled “The Hydrosocial Cycle approach to deepen on socio-ecological systems analysis and water management” (EGU21-599) has been included in section HS1.2.5 – Hydrology in society: approaches for fostering collaborations across disciplines and beyond scientists. The aim of the communication is to outline the Hydrosocial Cycle approach (HSC) from both theory and practice perspective by highlighting the benefits of including social sciences approaches in transdisciplinary research collaborations when testing water management strategies affecting competing and dynamic water systems.
